Beautiful view

The oceanfront view is beautiful. The condo is located in a quiet area. Loved the location. The pools were very clean and grounds were well kept. Our unit was ok. A little disappointed. The balcony was horrible. Definitely the worst unit in the building, in my opinion. The condo comfortably slept 4 of us. It's decorated a little tacky and outdated compared to the other units. We had a great week!!

The worst stay ever

The place smells like mildew mirrors were broken and we couldn’t even enjoy the balcony because it started to fall o never experienced anything like this and I called and told the manager he said some one will come check on it but no one came.

Overall not a bad experience

The condo itself was great. When I arrived to check in at 5 (I was supposed to check in at 4) I was greeted by the cleaners sitting on the balcony drinking alcohol and had not finished cleaning. However, they got up, handed me the keys and left. There was still sand everywhere, counters not wiped down and chairs still stacked up because they didn’t finish cleaning. I arrived an hour after I should have checked in and it still wasn’t done. The rest of my stay was great and after cleaning it myself we did enjoy the condo. It also had a great view!

Worst place ever

We had to clean the place before we could bring our stuff in. The bathroom shower has mildew all over it. The tub shower floor creaks like you’re about to fall through it. The dishwasher had a load of dirty mildew dishes. The pullout coach has a big dip in it and it was nasty under neath it. The furniture was in desperate need of repairs, the drawers don’t open and the closet was messy. We had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. Be warned. Not clean at all!! Poor value and makes you need an immediate Santation before you go back home. Whatever you bring toss it afterwards

Good but could have been better

It was just little things, the place wasn’t as clean as it should have been when we got there, dishes were dirty in the cabinet, the door was hard to shut and it just needs updated all around. But all and all we came for the beach and we got it beautiful sunrises and so close to the pier.

You get what you pay for...

We were thrilled to be directly on the beach and we knew the condo was extremely outdated due to the pictures and the great price. It was definitely old and worn looking with tacky/cheap furnishings and loud paint/decor (lavender walls and decorations!!), but it was liveable and sufficed for a quick weekend get-away for my kids. The AC in the LR and Master worked well if kept on non-stop, but the bedroom with the twin beds remained hot and stuffy the entire stay and the ceiling fan rattled and didn't help. Found the floor fan our last day while cleaning... For the most part, all of this was excusable and worth it for the price and great location. HOWEVER, what we didn't expect was the musty-moldy smell. Thankfully the AC helped alleviate it after a few hours. But when I went to cook breakfast the next morning, I opened the cabinets under the island looking for pots and pans...and was hit with a horrible mold smell and noticed mold growing on the pots and pans. I washed a few and then decided the health of me and my family was not worth it so I refused to use anything in the kitchen. I took a picture of the worst frying pan to complain but ended up just running to the grocery store and bought a small frying pan for eggs and throw-away everything else. I understand how expensive it is to renovate but mold is serious and can be dangerous....everything in that island should be trashed and it should be scrubbed out with bleach. I guess you get what you pay for?! Overall, my kids appreciated that the beach toys in the front closet and had a great time and and in the end, that's all that mattered to me.
