With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, our modern and stylishly decorated house is the perfect place for families and groups of up to 10 guests to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by the spacious and inviting living area, which features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The open-plan living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and ample counter space.

Each of our four bedrooms has been carefully planned to guarantee a restful and cozy night's sleep. The opulent king-size bed in the main bedroom is covered in soft pillows and fine linens. The second and third bedrooms each offer a cozy queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom, which has a solid bunk bed with a full bed next to it, is ideal for children or young people.

Serenity Reef is modernly and stylishly decorated throughout, with tasteful furnishings and unique artwork creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Outside, you'll find a lovely patio area with a grill and comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink in the fresh Florida air.

Our home is conveniently located just one mile from the beautiful Perdido Key beaches, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or engage in a variety of exciting water sports. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the local area and soak up the beach vibes.

Parking is available for 2 in the driveway as well as guests have access to the garage.

The pictures don’t do it justice

We were in town for my Father-In-laws 60th birthday/ the place was even more beautiful in person. I would suggest getting new pictures of the place. The ones online don’t do it justice. Any other criticism it would be that there should be a fan on the back deck. If there were we wouldn’t have had as many flies trying to get into the house. Also the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Other than that everything was wonderful. The beds were very very comfortable and professionally cleaned. I don’t mean they paid some random person to clean it. They spent money on a company that knew the proper hospitality cleaning and it was noticed and appreciated.

Clean and Comfortable

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for our 2 families including 5 small children. Communication was easy and quick. When we had a small issue (grill ran low on gas) it was immediately resolved. The home was well-stocked from kitchen appliances to toilet paper to linens. Beach is less than a 5 minute drive.

Great place

Great neighborhood! Very safe about a 4 minute drive to the beach and the beach was really clean and beautiful. The house was just like the pictures it was very beautiful and nice . We really enjoyed our stay !
