✹ PARKING: We have room for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway & have a limited number of parking passes available for a 3rd vehicle to park on the street overnight. Please request a pass for a 3rd vehicle prior to arrival. Passes are limited and based on availability. Unauthorized parking will be ticketed at your expense.

✔ No RVs/Trailers, passenger vans, or vehicles with commercial/business logos/emblems are permitted in the community per HOA rules.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Enjoy free, high-speed Wi-Fi.
