I brought my family for the dark sky and it didn’t disappoint. The ranch was a wonderful experience and we created many memories. Lex is a great host and we are grateful for the time spent there.
We had the whole ranch. Work well for our family group. Great location. Amazing host. Communicated well and accommodated a few extra requests. Picturesque front porch view. We will be back.
Beautiful property with animals to watch. Off the beaten path which is one of the reasons this is a special place. Interior of lake house is decorated with cowboy theme- beautiful. Just check the sleeping options for your party. Main floor bedroom & bath. Also 1/2 bath. Upstairs one large room that sleeps 8 & full bath. (Great for kids). Trundle bed in open loft- no bathroom. Great place for Bryce Canyon stay. 3/4 hour drive through red canyon and arches. If you like nature- away from tourist area here it is. Peaceful. Hosts very friendly.
Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to Bryce Canyon. Host is friendly and accommodating. Our kids loved the canoe on the pond and seeing the ranch animals. Would recommend.
We stayed for two nights at the ranch and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My kids loved visits from the owner's fluffy dog as well as getting to visit the other farm animals. The house has a great porch and the yard is perfect for playtime. We loved the decor inside the home as it was warm and welcoming as was the host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The farmhouse provided easy access to Bryce Canon. We hiked breathtaking trails and streamed movies at night. We were absolutely charmed by the animals! The cows and goats enjoyed interaction. The alpacas were shy and curious and adorable. Communication was excellent. Lex responded to all my questions. He gave great advice when asked about services, restaurants, and where we could get supplies. We had a great stay.
The only word that comes to mind is simply Amazing, loved the ranch the home the animals the pond, their wasn’t anything my husband and I weren’t in Aww of.
We went to the Azevedo Ranch to visit Bryce Canyon but unfortunately my son was sick and it was a rainy day but there were no harsh feelings whatsoever we felt so blessed just to be staying at such a BEAUTIFUL property that we just soaked it all up. Thank you Lex for your hospitality and for allowing others like us to experience this Charming and Beautiful property/HOME❤️
Beautiful property! Loved the animals and Lex was very friendly to deal with. We love sitting out and enjoying the views and relaxing on this peaceful property! The home is very beautiful as well! A couple things to update on listing would be there is no king bed and no AC, thankfully it was cool enough in the evening for us to open the windows. Also, in order to use the laundry room it has to be requested to be unlocked. And one thing that was awkward for us was the master bathroom has very sheer window coverings so you can see clearly in and there's no shower curtain or covering over the shower and there are homes behind the bathroom area. It was about a half an hour drive for us to go to Bryce Canyon where we enjoyed horseback riding.
Property has a great location but inaccurately represented by owner as a 3 bedroom property- 1 Queen bed bedroom, 1 King bed bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with multiple beds. There was a queen bed primary suite, a bedroom with multiple beds and an open loft a with a trundle bed. We found mouse droppings in the silverware drawer and on the trundle bed. The mice scurrying in the walls of the primary suite made sleeping difficult. We messaged the owner after the first night with no response until the next day after we left. Great location but was disappointing for us traveling friends who thought we booked a 3 bedroom home. Take note of this properties lack of photos of thee bedrooms. Only 2 pics of the primary bedroom suite.
Our family especially the kids really enjoyed this ranch and was able to pet the animals and kayak in the lake. Lex was very friendly and accommodating! We definitely recommend this place and will come back again.
