Why they chose this property

It's been a long-time dream of ours to create & share a beautiful retreat in the Austin area (Noah's hometown). This is our first property (don't worry, we have > 60 bookings + overall 5-star review on another platform!), and we cannot WAIT to share it with you! We love the city of Austin, and will happily advise on fun activities, venues, travel-time, good eats, drinks, etc.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is the shining-star. It's been expertly designed & curated with a relaxing group-getaway in mind. The cowboy pool is a trendy above-ground stocktank pool that can fit ~8 people. The grounds are uniquely designed with astro-turf (the fuzzy kind that's comfy to walk on), bean bags, string lights, and beautiful river-rock landscaping. It's the ultimate relaxation pad after a day on the town.

You'll be within a 10-15min drive/uber of pretty much all of the stuff that people love Austin for! The renowned food/drink scene, music venues, F1 track, University of Texas campus... Easy commute to everything, but you'll be in a quite neighborhood to come home and relax in when you're done for the day/night.
