Host was very responsive and it was a spot on location for our family. It was literally a block away from my daughter’s house. Pool was kept very clean, even though it was too cold to use it, it was very well maintained. Water was crystal clear. Hoping to return this summer for another visit.

We met Pete and his dog Zoey. He is a really nice person and we found the house very comfortable.. The location is amazing. Everything you need is just around the corner. We started having meals delivered because where we live we don’t get delivery..Pete had stocked the kitchen with coffee, bottled water, chips and other snacks. The kitchen has everything you need. We used the coffee maker almost every day.

Perfect place for a group!

Peter was a fantastic and communicative host. The property was clean, convenient, and me and my friends all enjoyed our stay there. Having a pool and grill available for our vacation was such a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again next time :)

Very nice place-- excellent value

We really enjoyed our stay with our family of seven. The owner was very responsive--place was clean and well stocked. On a peaceful street tucked just off a busy thoroughfare but noise was not a problem In the South Part of town-- plenty of space for everyone and an excellent value. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The host was very hospitable, providing some snacks and water for our stay. The pool provides a great place to hang out outside. The house is also in a great location. I felt very safe, and throughly enjoyed our trip. I would stay here again.

Wonderful month in Austin at this home.

Extremely well-equipped home with many thoughtful touches. Very comfortable beds and lovely bed linens. Kitchen well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, basic condiments, etc. would definitely stay here again if we come back to Austin.

Great comfortable home with easy access to all of Austin.

This is a wonderful home that is able to accommodate 6 adults easily. It is situated near every major artery making it easy to access all of the greater Austin easy. The pool that is being i stalled is going to make this home even better.

Really nice house, pretty much all the amenities you could need. Nice outside area. Really good location to explore Austin, nothing’s too far away. Very clean. Only downside is beds are very hard, and back sliding door is kinda tuff due to its off track. Would definitely stay again, can’t beat the price for what you get.

Property was great. We had everything we needed. Pool was fantastic. Peter was very fast at communicating and had no issues with us using all the towels and the fire pit. Would recommend for anyone with kids or friends that need some pool time in this heat.

Excellent location

Great location. Ample room for entertaining inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots pans etc. The pool is great with varying depths to accommodate children and adults. The grill had an extra gas tank. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable for everybody, the host did let us know ahead of time that the landscaping was being worked on. We appreciated the heads up on that, but there weren't many opportunities for photos due to the background. Other than that Peter was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Very nice home in Austin.

This home was a wonderful place to stay in Austin. Centrally located, it is within 15 minutes of most Austin activities. The home was very clean and included a new foosball table. I would definitely rent there again.
