The split AC, tile flooring and covered parking make this a comfortable beach retreat.

House is directly across the street from Kailua Beach Park. There are two split A/C units, double-paned windows, an outdoor grill area and covered parking. Easy walk to Buzz’s Restaurant or Kalapawai Market.
