Three bedrooms. One with a King size bed can accommodate two people; another with a Queen size bed with a full size trundle accommodating four people, another bedroom with a twin bunk, pull out King size bed and a twin trundle, sleeps 4. Finally living room with a twin sofa bed can accommodate 1.
The unit is on the ground floor from the parking lot. The private patio oversees Washington St.

Safety protocol for a solid brick building like ours is to stay between doorways or in the bathroom. Power outage during extreme cold weather can happen but our building has a backup generator so it is safe to stay put during negative windchill weather.

I love being a hostess in the beautiful city of Sandusky, which is voted the best coastal small town. I designed this oasis for you to enjoy it to its fullest! I was raised in NYC and fell in love with my husband who was raised in Huron, Ohio. We came to Sandusky every summer and I fell in love with the magical town. In addition to a host, I lead a Media team in a mid-size firm working remotely. We have a 16 years old, they love Star Wars and is super talented in creating digital art. We split our time between Ohio and NYC.
