Great Central Northwest Arkansas Location! Walk/Bike to Downtown Rogers & Railyard Loop Trail. Beaver Lake is also just minutes away. Enjoy the Game Room, Relax in the Hot Tub. Chill on the Deck overlooking the treelined yard. The home can sleep up to 14 guests by using the pullout sofas and futon. Stays with more than 10 guests will be charged an additional fee per person. Please Note: We will independently verify your details and collect a Damage Waiver fee of $35.00 to complete your booking. We feel the Damage Waiver is a better option then collecting a larger Deposit. And it protects both the guest and host in case of accidents.

Awesome stay at Maple Ridge

We were visiting family for graduation and chose this lovely home. Great space for hanging out and lots of space for sleeping. Loved the extra details for guests convenience and decorations. Highly recommend! Owners were great and I couldn’t have chosen a better home for a few days! Walkable fun spots to check out downtown as well.

Short Getaway

If you are looking for a getaway to Rogers, AR, this place is sooo nice… clean…. Got everything you need.. the hosts are very kind and easy to talk to… the neighborhood was so peaceful.. overall very nice… if I need a place to stay n Rogers I won’t hesitate to contact this property again..

Family Wedding

9 of us traveled out of state to stay together for a family wedding. Our family is from Rogers and the wedding and events were in Bentonville and around. THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT! Perfect space, perfect location, perfect comfort, perfect entertainment and perfect accommodations. We had a blast and were comfortable all 4 days we stayed. Thank you so much!

awesome family gathering

We were in Rogers for a family wedding. The Maple Ridge House is located close to the venue, close to downtown, and is perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely natural and private backyard setting. We loved the back porch for gathering and meals. The house was perfect for what we needed.
