The kitchen boasts an island and everything you need to enjoy meals before or after a day at the lake.

The Space:
This large 3 bedroom house has something for everyone. It is the perfect getaway location right next to Beaver Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee and a partial view of the lake from the sun room in front of the house.

The large living room has a 70' smart TV, comfortable couches and a large play area.
The spacious sunroom has plenty of seating area facing the north where you can relax. It has a partial lake view in the winter.

The master bedroom is enormous and has its own private bathroom with a dual vanity and desk. The 2nd bedroom also has a private bathroom and private access to the back deck. A large room upstairs houses 2 double beds and a bunk bed, plus a half bath.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house.

Other Things to Note:
- - No - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet, plus a $150 refundable deposit per pet . (2 pets max). Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
