Dirty

The room was very dirty. Even had cleaning crew come back in and it still was very dirty. Just the furniture, walls, floors were just dirty. I don't know how else to put it. The bathroom wreaked of pee and it wouldn't go away. Will not be staying here again.

Fun time In Panama City Beach

Clean, comfy, well equipped, beach front property with a big pool & hot tub. Beautifully decorated, close to restaurant's and many things to see & do. Would stay again!!!

Not impressed

Positive was AC worked well and king bed was comfortable and view was nice. Negative: eyes on stove had an issue, refrigerator did not cool well, bathroom ceiling tiles were nasty due to leak and there were tiles missing. Major issue was ROACHES. We had 2 large roaches we had to kill. This unit needs attention. There were too many organizations at this location. We had Vacasa / Emerald/ Wyndham / RCI .. you never knew who to talk to about anything.
