Unwind in this cute, comfortable condo that sleeps 6 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunks in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in an expansive living room. This condo is also equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, modern decor, and large flat screen TV s! Best of all are the “front row seats” on the private balcony so the family can breathe in the salt air and take in the stunning gulf views.

Emerald Beach Resort is located on the much desired west end of Panama City Beach and within walking distance to the popular Pier Park and Russell-Fields Pier (City Pier), featuring Jimmy Buffett s Margaritaville!! Enjoy a cool drink on the rooftop, while watching the waves roll in ... and enjoy a Cheeseburger in Paradise!! All guests staying will be asked to provide us with names and ages of guests staying along with a copy of their ID. If you cannot provide verification, you will be asked to leave. Here’s a polished version that keeps your honest tone but flows a little better:The property is in a great location, reasonably priced, and the room itself was a good size. One thing to note is that the bunk beds are not mentioned on the listing, so that may be a surprise depending on how you’re planning to use the space.The space could definitely benefit from a deeper clean. It seems like the cleaners focus mostly on surface cleaning, as there was a noticeable amount of dust on the walls, wall photos, and other areas that aren’t part of the typical wipe-down. The TVs are also older and don’t have smart features, so there aren’t streaming options available.You can hear the mechanical room for the elevator at times, but it’s manageable if you’re not a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. Similarly, the dust may be an issue for anyone with allergies.That said, the view from the balcony is nice, and the walk down to the pool and beach area is easy and convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Roy is a great communicator if any issues come up.One small tip for future guests: you’re only provided with one roll of toilet paper, so plan to bring extras. It may also be helpful to bring your own rags, as the ones provided have definitely seen better days.Overall, it worked for our stay thanks to the location and price, but there are a few small improvements that could make the experience much better.

The location was great. We parked our car in the garage and did not have to get back in it again. Everything was in walking distance. You had sharkies and runaway island on both sides. The condo was very clean. Would stay here again.
