Great stay at Summerhouse!

Had a great stay. Really enjoyed the property. Loved the beach area and sitting out on the veranda. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect place for us. We did have difficulty with the living room slider not opening, seems like it needs some replacement rollers. So we wound up having to use the master bedroom slider to get out onto the deck area. Hopefully it gets fixed soon because it’s a great condo. Would totally stay there again.

Disappointed

The condo was clean and decorated nicely, however as you enter there was a big gash in the ceiling as you enter the condo,the laundry bifold doors were off shoved in the corner,not appealing for the condo,the master bedroom is so hot,but the rest of the condo is very cooled,I sent an email to Vacasa after trying to use the dryer,it wouldn't dry the clothes, after several emails they did send someone to fix the gash in the ceiling, and a day later sent someone to look at the dryer,they said it was working properly-it was not!! I spent most of my morning trying to get laundry done with the dryer taking more than 2 hours to still being damp and having to lay laundry every where to try to get it dried,the Vacasa manager was supposed to call me back after I told them the dryer was still not working and they never did. Highly disappointed, also found at least 12 dishes that were in the cabinet that were supposed to be clean .

A week at the beach

The condo was fine. It was clean had a beautiful view. Very disappointed in summerhouse staff. They were rude. The elevators were very old and needed major repairs. One building did not have an elevator. The whole week we were there they had to climb stairs up to the 11th floor, and one building. The elevator was out several days in the building we were staying in the elevator, went out for a few hours, I am handicapped and cannot climb stairs so I had to sit down at the pool until they finally got the elevator fixed. I don’t think they really had any back up plan for handicapped or people to be able to get to the rooms and back in an emergency situation as such .
