Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Pinnacle Port, Visit #8

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit on 4th floor of C building was fine. Everything is somewhat dated, but fairly well maintained overall. (Bedspreads not washed between uses, yuck); loose towel rack, broken hinge on kitchen cabinet. Very difficult to keep everything in tip top shape, given age and usage.

Could have been better

The condo was nice it just needed a little more attention. First the handle to the porch broke, but they can out quickly to repair. The cabinet door was broken at the top hinge, so the cabinet door almost came off. I reported but told the office it was ok not to fix it, we didn't want to wait for someone to come (heading to the beach). The master bedroom had peeling wallpaper. Underneath the kitchen sink needed to be clean. The couch looked dirty and worn. We used a sheet on the couch when we set on the couch. The whole condo just need some deep cleaning and repair.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a great location. It sits right on the end of the beach so it isn’t as busy. It is also a short drive from 30a. There were a few issues with things being broken and an awful smell coming from the AC occasionally, but it was a fine place overall.
