This Amazing Pinnacle Port C3-201 Condominium has one of the best locations at Pinnacle Port! This unit is located on the Western side of Pinnacle Port and has amazing views of all of the undeveloped and uncrowded sugar-white beaches for a mile!

This condo features an open-concept layout, that makes spending time together a breeze! The living room has cozy couches and a large flat-screen T.V. to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances. No matter if you are on the couch or in the kitchen, you will be able to look out and see unobstructed views of the gulf! Spend mornings drinking your coffee, or catch a sunset from the covered balcony. Off the living room, you will find the master suite, which also features stunning views of the gulf!

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

The condo was really nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our girl's trip. The location on the beach was perfect. Just a short distance to the water. We will be back again.

Soccer Family Vacation

Location is excellent. We were in town for a soccer tournament. Quiet beach area and close to shopping and restaurants. Walk out the door and on to the beach. Great for all ages.

Adorable and comfortable unit. Everything was great and in proper working order. Beautiful view from balcony. Again - nothing like beach therapy. I will be back!

Awesome Unit

We have stayed many times at Pinnacle Port and always in the short rise buildings, but never in this unit before. This is a a new favorite! It is furnished well with comfortable beds and living room furniture and overall a beautiful unit! We will be back!

Lovely

Love It Up is Lovely! This condo at the west end of Panama City Beach has it all- stunning sunsets, breath taking beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and well equipped. This was our fourth stay in this unit in as many years. And we will be back! However, The living room furniture and rug is getting a bit dingy after years of use. Maybe a deep cleaning or replacement would solve the problem. ITrip does a wonderful job as a booking agent. Information is received promptly. Help is always available. Great experience!

Perfect Location Except....

This unit and building are at the far end of the pinacle port community and as such, is a perfect location....BUT it is also the access for public beach which, because they have no rules, allows giant tents and boom boxes to destroy the perfect view. The noise level at night and the darkness are amazing for star viewing, etc. as it is right next to a state park. Our unit was fairly well appointed BUT the air system is not efficient. So unless you are into camping or are cold blooded, I would not recommend this unit. Even with all the blinds shut,etc - the system would not keep up and this was only mid June! Otherwise, they have done a good job with the decor,etc.

Disappointed

A few days before our vacation I received a call stating we couldn't use the master shower due to a leak. We could either get a refund or 2 nights free. Being it was only a few days before our vacation, I opted to just get 2 nights free. We managed ok all sharing one shower. I really thought the condo could have been a little cleaner, but my expectations are high. It was clean other than some hair here and there. There were a few repairs needed such as where the door closes and locks. It was very rusty. My main complaint is that the AC, which claimed to be running and at 70 degrees, was definitely not working well enough. It felt like 80 degrees in the condo all week. The bedrooms were very hot and stuffy. My toddler and I were sweating every night. We had multiple fans running in each room, no blinds open, lights off, nothing really made a drastic change. Our parents stayed below us and their AC was fine.

I do have a few things I would like to mention. Everyone I have talked to at itrip is friendly and nice customer service. The condo was very nice and clean. Other than this, the condo needs more clothes hangers, a couple of night lights (master bathroom) and maybe the kitchen. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. Both sides felt like you were laying in a hole. Everything was going so well the drive to our favorite vacation spot, the weather was great not to mention the ocean water was so beautiful. Then on Wednesday things changed. The tile shower in the master bedroom started leaking into the condo underneath us. This was a very inconvenience for us. We always rent a condo with 2 bathrooms for various reasons. We could not use this bathroom for the rest of our stay 3- days. Since we paid for this type of accommodation and didn't get the whole 7 days use of it We feel that we should be reimbursed 3 days rate. The only thing I received via text was I am sorry for the inconvenience, from Kathy. Thank you

Perfect View & Location

This is our favorite resort and our first time staying in this particular condo. We have no complaints. It was tastefully decorated and the view is perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. There was even a crockpot and blender. Furniture is comfortable. The hair dryer that is provided is fantastic. We were very happy to have ceiling fans in all rooms and an additional box fan for master. It could get very hot in the master specifically with the afternoon sun. Keeping the blinds closed all day throughout the condo also helped. There are a couple of suggestions that would have made our stay a little easier but were not make or break issues and we would certainly return. Hampers for both rooms would have been helpful. Also, there was a total of four hangers for both rooms. Additional hangers provided would have been nice. The instructions for tv/cable/internet/wifi were not up to date when we arrived and getting the TVs on was an issue. Connecting to wifi was also tricky as it seems each room was logged onto a different service or network name. The log in info wasn’t correct. Eventually, we figured this out with the help of itrip staff who stated the info had recently changed. This would be helpful info to have in each room by tv and in the itrip checkin packet that is emailed. The biggest issues that should be fixed asap is the master bedroom does not lock at all. This is a little disappointing. Also, the handle in master shower needs fixed because it just spins. Our stay was beautiful, condo was very nice, appeared clean, check in and checkout was a breeze. View is spectacular and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay again but would certainly prefer the second bedroom to have a queen and twin bed or two twin beds rather than the single king. However, we knew this when we booked just making a recommendation as I believe more families with children/teens could better utilize the space with an additional bed rather than sharing one. Thank you for another great week at Pinnacle Port.

Great view and easy access to beach

Condo was right size for us. Great location and right on the beach. Only complaint is ac not working correctly and master shower drains slow so it fills with water when showering. Did contact maintenance and they sent someone out to look at air and got it somewhat better for us to finish our stay.

Perfect location!

Loved this unit because of its location. A little quirky with a shower that didn’t drain but could tell a lot of effort had gone into remodeling that shower so just used the other. Bring rugs and small baking pans- tons of serve ware. Amazing view, quiet, next to inlet of state park with herons. Definitely will rent again

Cute, Clean, but a little crowded

Condo is in my favorite place at Pinnacle Port. Great views, easy beach access. Comfy beds, clean, lots of kitchen cookware and dishes. Needs a less is more approach. Too many large pieces of furniture made it crowded with a family of four. Just needs to thin out some unnecessary pieces (of furniture) and it would be really quaint/comfy. Great price and location.

Another Great Stay

Each year we try to spend a week at this west -end corner condo. The location never disappoints! Unobstructed views and beautiful sunsets. Condo is clean and well equipped. Removed from main road, but close to restaurants and shopping. Everything one can ask for in a relaxing stay at the beach. One suggestion- the bolt lock on the door is very tricky! I frequently have problems opening the door. Thankfully, a rep from I-Trip was at the property and helped me when I I arrived. Please consider replacing the lock. Planning to stay here again in the future.

Short trip for terminal best friend

We LOVE Pinnacle port. We came for the peace and solitude and this is the perfect place for that. Being on the second floor not only made the unloading and loading easy, we could sit on the comfortable balcony and enjoy the sound of the water and enjoy the sunsets. We hope this is not her last trip, but if it was this was the perfect place to stay. We saw a wedding, found beautiful shells, cooked some awesome meals and even watched some good games. Having 2 masters was perfect. The only negative is that the tv was not a smart tv so what we got to watch was limited. Other than that the condo was perfect
