This Amazing Pinnacle Port C3-201 Condominium has one of the best locations at Pinnacle Port! This unit is located on the Western side of Pinnacle Port and has amazing views of all of the undeveloped and uncrowded sugar-white beaches for a mile!

This condo features an open-concept layout, that makes spending time together a breeze! The living room has cozy couches and a large flat-screen T.V. to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances. No matter if you are on the couch or in the kitchen, you will be able to look out and see unobstructed views of the gulf! Spend mornings drinking your coffee, or catch a sunset from the covered balcony. Off the living room, you will find the master suite, which also features stunning views of the gulf!

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.

Please note: Pinnacle Port HOA now requires $30 per vehicle per stay. Guests are required to pay this fee prior to check-in to receive parking passes.

The condo was really nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our girl's trip. The location on the beach was perfect. Just a short distance to the water. We will be back again.

Great view and easy access to beach

Condo was right size for us. Great location and right on the beach. Only complaint is ac not working correctly and master shower drains slow so it fills with water when showering. Did contact maintenance and they sent someone out to look at air and got it somewhat better for us to finish our stay.

Perfect location!

Loved this unit because of its location. A little quirky with a shower that didn’t drain but could tell a lot of effort had gone into remodeling that shower so just used the other. Bring rugs and small baking pans- tons of serve ware. Amazing view, quiet, next to inlet of state park with herons. Definitely will rent again

Perfect Location

This is our third year at Pinaccle Port but first time staying in building C. We loved the location of the second floor condo on the end of the beach. The clean, beautifully decorated condo had everything that we needed for the week. We will definitely stay here again!

Soccer Family Vacation

Location is excellent. We were in town for a soccer tournament. Quiet beach area and close to shopping and restaurants. Walk out the door and on to the beach. Great for all ages.

Great location. Nice and quiet. Away from busy Panama City but close enough to shopping and restaurants. Condo needs a deep clean. Furniture and floors need a cleaning. Kitchen still had crumbs on counter. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean.

Cute, Clean, but a little crowded

Condo is in my favorite place at Pinnacle Port. Great views, easy beach access. Comfy beds, clean, lots of kitchen cookware and dishes. Needs a less is more approach. Too many large pieces of furniture made it crowded with a family of four. Just needs to thin out some unnecessary pieces (of furniture) and it would be really quaint/comfy. Great price and location.

Adorable and comfortable unit. Everything was great and in proper working order. Beautiful view from balcony. Again - nothing like beach therapy. I will be back!

Fantastic Vacay

Everything about the location is amazing and beautiful. Rental is very nice. Master bedroom and bathroom are nicer than other bedroom, but the other bedroom is more than adequate. The kitchen and living area are spacious and comfortable. The unit is clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. We would definitely rent the unit again. We hated to leave. The rental company was great to work with when we wanted to stay an extra night. They checked in with us when we arrived to see if we needed anything. Overall fantastic experience!

Annual Vacay

Our stay was wonderful the room is very well furnished to accommodate a family ! All the furniture is comfortable and feels like home Beautiful view of the beach towards 30A/ destin couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather we enjoyed everyday on the beach can’t wait to come back and will definitely be looking to booking this room again !! Btw the air conditioning did give a fit here and there but it was the whole building not just this room and if you just be patient it came back on and cools down pretty quick it wasn’t unbareable I was worried about the reviews pertaining to the air prob but it’s not that bad and not just that room

Short trip for terminal best friend

We LOVE Pinnacle port. We came for the peace and solitude and this is the perfect place for that. Being on the second floor not only made the unloading and loading easy, we could sit on the comfortable balcony and enjoy the sound of the water and enjoy the sunsets. We hope this is not her last trip, but if it was this was the perfect place to stay. We saw a wedding, found beautiful shells, cooked some awesome meals and even watched some good games. Having 2 masters was perfect. The only negative is that the tv was not a smart tv so what we got to watch was limited. Other than that the condo was perfect

Another Great Stay

Each year we try to spend a week at this west -end corner condo. The location never disappoints! Unobstructed views and beautiful sunsets. Condo is clean and well equipped. Removed from main road, but close to restaurants and shopping. Everything one can ask for in a relaxing stay at the beach. One suggestion- the bolt lock on the door is very tricky! I frequently have problems opening the door. Thankfully, a rep from I-Trip was at the property and helped me when I I arrived. Please consider replacing the lock. Planning to stay here again in the future.

Lovely

Love It Up is Lovely! This condo at the west end of Panama City Beach has it all- stunning sunsets, breath taking beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and well equipped. This was our fourth stay in this unit in as many years. And we will be back! However, The living room furniture and rug is getting a bit dingy after years of use. Maybe a deep cleaning or replacement would solve the problem. ITrip does a wonderful job as a booking agent. Information is received promptly. Help is always available. Great experience!

Could’ve been better

We’ve stayed at several different condos at pinnacle port, and this one was different. Had a great view, but things definitely need to be upgraded. We also had to wait to check in to our room because it was being cleaned, but there was sand everywhere, the kitchen hadn’t even been wiped down and there was still trash in the bathrooms. Not to mention the condom wrappers and food wrappers under the bed. The drains were clogged, and the coffee pot barely worked. The a/c couldn’t keep up and we stayed in September. Definitely needs some work.
