Hi, we’re Grace and Stefan, owners of Fairview Meadows!! We want to welcome you to stay with us on our 140-acre property and enjoy all Partlow, Virginia has to offer. Walk or ride your horses around the property, fish in the fully-stocked pond, or take a short drive to Lake Anna to visit local favorites like Lake Anna Hideaway and Lake Anna Winery.
Stefan Crawford has worked in the hospitality industry since he was 14 years old.
After working in restaurants, coordinating catering events, and owning a deli and two restaurants, he was the grounds coordinator at Tuckahoe Plantation for 20 years. He ran corporate events, weddings, religious ceremonies, and holiday parties while on staff.
He's also been a realtor for 15 years and has been doing home renovation for 30 years.
He's currently the owner of Lake Anna Hideaway Bar and Restaurant!
Grace Del Rey is the CEO and founder of SGBS Consulting Inc.
She serves as treasurer on the Westside Referral Network and Friends of Coeur D’Alene Elementary.
She has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry working with clients in different sectors from professional services to manufacturing.
In 2008, she began working with small publicly traded companies.
Grace graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA and has an associate degree in computer science, which she uses to program third-party applications with QuickBooks and navigate other accounting software like SAP and SAGE 90.
Grace loves learning how different companies succeed, and how she can apply that knowledge to help her clients thrive in their own endeavors.
In her spare time, Grace loves dancing, tennis, and hanging out with her family.
