Welcome to the Peachy Tiki - Clearwater's family and group friendly fun getaway close to everything!

With 2 arcade games, a foosball table, a stocked kitchen, and a large heated pool (no charge to heat) you may not want to leave this home.

We also feature an outdoor TV, grill and outdoor shower for true Florida living!

When you do venture out, we are conveniently located near:
Phillies Spring Training: Walking distance or 1 mi driving
Clearwater Beach: 6.8 mi
Blue Jays Spring Training: 6 mi
The space
The Peachy Tiki is a semi renovated private home with a sparkling pool for relaxing and spacious backyard for running around.

We are family friendly as we offer child and infant amenities like a child/booster seat, high chair, a few toys and a pack n play.

Enjoy easy trips to the beach with beach chairs, towels, and a beach wagon!

Our arcade games and foosball table are sure to keep your group entertained during your stay!

We want you to fully enjoy the pool year round, so we offer complimentary pool heating (others in the area charge extra) and keep the pool heater set to 84+ degrees during your stay.

You will have access to the whole property as there will be no other guests on any part of the property at any time.

Please park in the driveways as the garage is used for laundry and storage.

A fantastic spot to just relax if you’re not into the beach vibe. Game room/bedroom kept the kids entertained, and the pool was amazing. Clean up some stuff (air ducts, pavers, outside tv), and this will be one of the best spots in this area of Clearwater. Will stay again for sure and already planning our next booking with this property!

Phillies Spring Training

Great location for going to Baycare Park. Easy 15 min walk. Great heated screen in pool area. Very clean and comfortable beds and great open for plan for a family trip.

Definitely was a great place to stay for our trip to FL. We were on a girls trip (age range from 49-75) and enjoyed the amount of space and having the private pool. All we needed to bring was our own food, otherwise, everything else was included (towels for bath/pool, dishes, internet, washer and dryer). Only 2 bathrooms an outside shower - I misread and was looking for a 3rd bathroom. The owners were great in providing info prior to trip and while we were on premise. Will make plans to come back and stay - easily located to shops, restaurants and Clearwater Beach was 15 mins away. Hope you decide to stay here and enjoy a little Florida sunshine and laughter with family and friends.

Fantastic Location and Amenities for Children

Our extended family of 9 had a wonderful stay. The location is midway between the Tampa airport and Clearwater Beach. Note that there are 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower instead of 3 actual bathrooms. They provide everything needed for an infant. The pool heater was not working when we arrived, and the response was immediate. It was up and running within an hour of reaching out to the owner. It was a fantastic set up for our family and we hope to return soon.
