This property is full gated, with covered parking! We have a BBQ pit, picnic table, three smart TVs in our home including a 50 inch in the living room, and two 32 inch TVs in the bedrooms. We are a 15 min to Downtown Houston, 10 minutes or less to TX Med Center, 10 minutes to University of Houston/ TSU.
