Nestled in the hugely popular Maravilla Resort, Condo 4301 comes with amazing updates and slight views of The Gulf of Mexico from the spacious balcony! This place will be your new go to spot in Destin! Saturday to Saturday rental during the Peak Summer Season.

Deceiving Listing/Great Location

The gated community and its location are wonderful. This condo needs work and the listing wording is deceiving and not accurate. There is no cable or TV service in either of the bunk bed TVs. The paint in the bunk beds peeled all over our children. The bath tub has no drain, so no one can take a bath. The water pressure is terrible. You can hear everything from neighbors above you so do not plan on sleeping. Nothing is included. Everyday you will have to buy your own beach chairs or bring your own. The condo does not offer any or have any for use. Bring dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and cleaning products. You will not have enough for a week.
