Beautifully updated third floor condo in highly sought after gated Maravilla community. This condo was renovated in May 2022, will accommodate 6 people and has free Wi-Fi included. Seasonal beach chair service is included with your stay (2 chairs and an umbrella).

The family room has all new furniture, including a queen size sleeper sofa and 55 inch smart tv. The master bedroom has a new king size luxury mattress with smart tv, large closet and it own private attached bath with new vanity, mirror and lights.
The guest bedroom boasts a new queen size bed with luxury mattress, smart tv and closet. The guest bath is just around the corner and easily accessible from the guest bedroom and kitchen/common area. All new ceiling fans, light fixtures and luxury plank flooring throughout.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen includes several small appliances including a microwave, blender, coffee maker and a Keurig. Dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans and glassware are provided by us. There is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen closet for your use while you are here.

Maravilla is a gated community that boasts 2.5 acres of private beach access. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one heated), hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center and a basketball court. Grills are located near near the pools. Bike rentals are also available on the premises. Maravilla is centrally located off of the bike path and within walking distance of several restaurants.

Great location

Great location and rental. Loved having beach service included. Had nice extras... ninja blender, crockpot, air mattress, beach toys/chairs. Love staying at Maravilla!

Beautiful vacation

We had a wonderful stay. So close to the beach and the condo was clean and very nicely supplied and decorated. Communication with the owner was super easy and they responded very quickly when we had a quick question advise our stay. We’ll be back again soon!

Nice and inviting condo

The location of this condo was excellent...The living conditions and amenities were excellent...The cleanliness of the condo was excellent... Communication with the owner was excellent...The pools were nice and well kept... Getting in and out of the gated area was easy... Overall we enjoyed our time at this condo and look forward to our return!

Clean, comfortable condo

We have stayed at Maravilla many times over the last 20 years, so we have always felt like we couldn't really go wrong with any condo there. This condo was freshly updated, very comfortable sofas and beds. I always appreciate having a washer/dryer as I don't like to come home and do laundry. Also, a very small thing, but I appreciated also having access to a broom and vacuum. I would stay here again!

Great Condo. Great Host.

This is a 3rd floor condo at the end of the building so foot traffic is relatively slow. It’s towards the end of the property so a little bit more of a walk than some of the other buildings but still only across the street and 5 min from door to beach chair. 2 beach chairs and umbrella come with the rental which was a huge perk for us. Very appreciated and saved over $200 if I would have booked my own. Great communication from John. We overwhelmed the fridge with warm groceries and it took a bit to catch up. I was concerned something was wrong so I reached out to John who responded and addressed my concern with a huge ice chest filled with ice. He placed a service call the the fridge company and kept in touch in regards to the status of the repair and our mild inconvenience. It was not a big deal but even less of an inconvenience considering the quick attention, action, and frequent communication from John. The fridge caught up with the warm groceries and we were able to transfer everything back over without ruining anything. Updated appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Small fan in the master. My only recommendation for the host would be to possibly j best in a cheap box fan for the bedrooms. It would help drown out living room noise if kids were going to bed sooner than adults and some people (like myself) rely greatly on the noise of a fan. Great stay. Great host. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful, very clean condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, 3 tv’s, plenty of dishes and cookware, a great view from the balcony, a very short walk to the beach and daily beach service. What more could you want! We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful beach vacation

This condo is perfect for your beach vacation. The location is perfect and so close the beach. Loved the beach service!! The pools were also refreshing. Everything was clean and we appreciated the supplies provided. Thanks for a great getaway!

Comfortable environment

The condo was nicely decorated and newly remodeled. Maravilla was big with good amenities. The only issue we had was the complex was being renovated and there was lots of construction outside. This is no fault of the owner but a lot of noise outside called for early morning wake-up's! It appeared to be completed soon. We will be back in the future!

Beautiful condo on beautiful beaches

This is our 2nd time starting at John’s fabulous condo. Everything is just as listed and works beautifully for our little family. The location is prime- only 7 minutes to walk down onto the sand with only 1 road to cross. We love being so close to the beach so we can walk down as often as we’d like. The beach service is a huge plus and the condo even supplies some beach toys and plenty for us to use. Also, the location is prime to lots of top seafood restaurants on the beaches- we walked to quite a few of those as well. We look forward to our yearly trip to the beach and will continue to use John’s condo every year it’s available.

Perfect!

This unit had a great layout with plenty of space for our girls trip. We appreciated the extra touches like shelves and hooks in the bathroom. The beds were comfy and there was even a handsoap pump. I highly recommend this unit!

Great location!

The condo is in a perfect location! A couple minutes walk to Miravilla private beach. Chairs and umbrella included with our stay, so we didn't have to lug a bunch of items. We utilized both pools several times. Loved it! The condo itself was clean. All amenities were in working condition (especially the AC!). We had zero issues - great visit!
