Fantastic location walking distance to great restaurant options. Best part was quiet beach with no beach chair saving drill. Whenever we wanted to go to the beach which was steps away there were plenty of beach chairs. The 5 star reviews and property description are accurate.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Caribe and highly recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly vacation getaway. We enjoyed it so much we are already planning to come back next year and stay here againIt could not be in a better location on 7-mile beach with the beach just steps away and fantastic restaurants all in walking distanceMike was an excellent host and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay

Excellent place to stay!

Casa Caribe was an awesome place for our family vacation! Plenty of room for six adults to spread out. The property is completely updated, clean, and on a great quiet part of 7 mile beach.Mike was an excellent communicator, the staff was friendly, nothing but good things to say about this place!

AC worked well. Semi Ocean view was as pictured in listing. The condo floor was not cleaned. Piles of dust and dirt under chairs was visible. Housekeeping did clean the floors the next day. The furniture needs to be cleaned. Even the leather sofa has obvious dirt on the front. The condo complex was very well maintained. The pool was about 70 degrees so not able to swim in it. Great location

Hi Carrie, Wow, this is the first negative review that I have received in 10 years. I am so sorry experience was less than you expected. I am heading to the island today and will correct those items that you mentioned. In the Caribbean, pools are not generally heated, because there’s a hot tub right next to the pool and the ocean water temperature in the Caymans averages around 80°. I hope you will join us again.

Beautiful location

Casa Caribe Unit 18 - a must stay !!

Fantastic boutique complex (21 units) with unreal beachfront location at best location on seven mile beach. Unit 18 is ideal for family getaways with all the comforts of home! Cannot recommend enough … you will love this place!!

This was the BEST vacation my family and I have taken! Mike’s property was beautiful and clean. Close to everything but still quiet.The corner lot gave privacy but we could still watch the ocean from the balcony.There was nothing we needed, coolers were supplied, footballs, frisbees and plenty of towels.I would stay here again and again.

Fabulous

Mike is a great host and the property is perfectly placed in the middle of seven mile beach. So much room for everybody in the condo and so close to the beach. Sitting on the beach chairs watching the sunsets will never get old. And waking up and lounging in the huge screened in balcony, so good. Can’t wait to go back!

FABULOUS VACATION

We received a lot of communication before our stay, which helped make our arrival smooth. The condo is beautiful and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that was on property at night, and spent the rest of the time on the beach just 20 steps up from our room. We will recommend this property to our friends and family!
