5 star property & host. Everything was wonderful for the most part. Host above & beyond to think of the little things. Kitchen a great setup, there was a nice guest booklet with lots of info (where to eat, things to do nearby, walking map, etc). Extras left like laundry & bathroom supplies in case you forgot anything, lovely little snacks, very thoughtful. TVs & WiFi were easy to use. Nice sound machine in the bedroom, which I appreciated bc I can't sleep w/o background noise. :) The only "issue" we had was the thermostat. It's very high tech & the instructions on how to operate it were a bit unclear - says to slide it & we assumed that meant on the screen, but it's actually around the bezel edge. Furthermore, it was set on some kind of automatic energy save mode that wouldn't maintain the cooling temp we set it to. The guest booklet says no lower than 68 which we abided by, but even still it would default back to much higher temperatures (like 75) while we slept & during the day while we're gone. It was July so needless to say it was quite warm & we got hot. I did contact the host & she was prompt w/ reply (always is) & she said she'd adjust remotely from her side, but even still, it wouldn't hold it maintain that & would inadvertently go back to much hotter default settings. I'm sure there's more to it, but we couldn't figure out. Parking spot is NARROW, bring small vehicle. We couldn't find elevators in garage at first.:) Shower could use an antiskid mat. Great place!
