The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the common areas large and cozy for playing games and enjoying meals together. The patio furniture made coffee outside in the morning by the pool delightful.
My stay in Cave Creek was very good and the property was outstanding along with location.

Good location
Comfortable property.
Good mattresses, a bit hard to get in bed. They have a thick matress on a high bed frame. Harder for older people.
Could use dressers or some type of cabinet to put clothes in while staying.
Nice open kitchen and living spaces.
We bought a coffee maker to leave for the next guests. They only had a K kup machine.
Was not cleaned when we arrived.

Trash bags left in property, dishwasher inoperable, water in refrigerator doesn’t dispense, lights in 2 bedrooms and entryway not working, smoke detectors chirping, and most importantly no heat in main living space. Was told by homeowner “sorry for the inconvenience” and then homeowner blamed us for not being able to spend the holiday with their family in their home because we were in there. Should definitely not list the home for rent and then shame the person who rented it. Amenities should be in working condition before renting and charging full price for the property.

After reviewing your concerns with the homeowner, they wanted to provide the following information:-The trash was stored in the garage rather than inside the house. While garage access is not typically included during a guest stay, the service door was accidentally left unlocked on this occasion.-We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the light bulbs and ceiling fan remote batteries. Additional lighting is available through bedside and hanging lights, and please note that the wall switch needs to be on for the remote to function properly.-A water leak was repaired just before your arrival; however, the contractor forgot to turn on the valve controlling water to the refrigerator dispenser and dishwasher. We apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience it caused.-The Nest thermostats automatically lower to Eco temperatures at night. Additionally, we were unable to accommodate your late check-out request due to the next guest’s same-day arrival.We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests and take pride in welcoming many more, as reflected by the positive feedback we consistently receive.
