Spacious home steps from the beach! 3rd house from the beach with garage and 3 full floors of living space and full rooftop area with gorgeous ocean views. House is 3,200 square feet not including decks, garage, and rooftop. Rooftop area is a flat roof roughly 1000 square feet with seating and sun tanning beds. There are 6 decks in total (not including roof top); each floor has 2 decks. Restaurants and Seaside or Lavalette boardwalks just a short walk. Perfect vacation house for family and friends.

Fantastic!

I’m usually one of those people who never writes reviews but I need to make an exception here! The house was absolutely amazing! Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The house is modern and well equipped. We truly loved the roof deck which has amazing views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. The house is steps from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, a cool little farmers market/ grocery store, and CVS. I would say that the beach directly by the house is one of the better beaches, as there was more erosion as you get closer to Lavallette or the seaside boardwalk. You you are within walking distance of the boardwalk but far enough away from the noise and craziness. The neighborhood is overall very quiet and family oriented. The house in my opinion is best suited for a family vacation. One thing I would mention is that the house has a lot of stairs, but we put my parents on the first floor, which is like a small apartment, and they were fine. Marta the owner/host is also fantastic. My daughter left a small stuffed animal at the house that she had won on the boardwalk and Marta was kind enough to mail it to us. I highly recommend the house and would definitely stay there again!

The Best

After staying/renting in Ortley for almost 10 years this was the best rental by far. The hosts had everything we needed included, which was a huge plus. Host provided linens, toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, tissues and paper towels. We did not have to use the supplies we brought! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and the coffee makers were exceptionally clean (we usually have to bring our own, but not needed here). The kids loved the fireworks from the rooftop. One of our children left behind a wiffle ball and the hosts were kind enough to mail it to us. Great views, and a moment to be had and or memory to be made in any area of the home!
