Neighboring historic homes include the Vanderhorst Mansion and the Aiken-Rhett House. Located on a quiet block where neighbors say hello and church bells ring. Ample street parking and an off street parking spot is available across the street. Utilities and wi-fi included. Stays must range between 31 days to 12 months.

52 Chapel has so much history and it is right in the heart of walkable downtown Charleston. There are at least 4 museums within 2 blocks. The view from the windows of the fountain is stunning and so relaxing to watch and listen to.
