We loved our stay here. The property is centrally located so you can walk to many restaurants and shops and at the end of the day we loved to relax in the salt water pool. We will definitely come back here again.

CHC and the home owner Maybre did an amazing job! The property was so clean and exactly as pictured. The property grounds including the courtyard and pool were more than expected. We had a wonderful time and would stay at this same location again as it’s in walking distance to several food and shopping locations.
We so enjoyed staying in this Charleston, SC, VRBO. The location was convenient, our unit was clean and well-appointed (new pots, pans, dishes and MATCHING good-quality flatware!), and communication with the on-property staff could not have been better. They checked in on us daily when we first arrived and were happy to answer questions via text and in person in the days that followed. We highly recommend staying here.

The unit was in a great spot with convenient parking. The courtyard area with pool were very nice and a great area to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine. It was one block away from King St and a short ten minute walk downtown. The unit was on the smaller side but very clean and well set up with nice bedding and pillows and kitchen supplies. My only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable.

This was a fantastic property to say at while visiting Charleston. It was near all of the shops and restaurants, but was in a great secluded location. The grounds were very cool and loved the salt water pool.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many shops/restaurants/bars on King St. We also loved the courtyard and heated pool. My husband was able to get some work done during the day while I relaxed by the pool and took a swim! Perfect little get away for us. Thank you!

We stayed here on our honeymoon! The instructions and communication by Brittany were BY FAR the best I have ever had for a rental! You are ONE block over from King Street. You have to walk a little ways to get to lower Kings street (about 15 min walk) but it was nice and we love walking! We Lyft or Ubered to Folley Beach and walked everywhere else! I suggest getting your groceries delivered your first day to have some supplies at the place if you don’t want to eat out every meal. The neighbors upstairs were a little loud at times, but there is a noise machine in the apartment if you need it. Bed was very soft and pillows were very comfy as well! Great stay! Thanks!

This was our first time in Charleston and this was the perfect location. We walked to King street and actually put in about 8 miles in one day. We got a Lyft to dinner because our feet were tired and a pedal cab on the way home, but it was so much fun and added to the experience! The room was perfection. A little noisy at night (as all historic homes are) but the sound machine provided made a world of difference and we had a great night of sleep! And the pool was a great bonus to soak our tired feet after a long day! Added bonus!

We had a great stay at Villa Santuario. The unit was clean, well decorated and the bed was comfy! The patio and pool area is like a secret garden, the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Charleston. It’s also centrally located a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was great as well, we requested an early check-in and they were very accommodating and let us leave our bags when we arrived until it was ready! 100% would recommend.
