ACCESSIBILITY
The Heron's Nest is located on the top floor of the building, accessible only by stairs. The buildings do not include elevators so you must be physically able to climb one flight of stairs to get to the condo. Parking is located in front of the building, with overflow parking available near the office. While 4-wheel drive is not necessary to access the condo, we recommend driving a vehicle that has front-wheel or all-wheel drive during times of inclement weather.

PET POLICY
No pets allowed per HOA policy.

DIRECTIONS
The resort sits atop scenic English Mountain outside of Sevierville. There are a couple options for reaching the top - the most scenic route is curvy with steep switchbacks; alternate routes take a few minutes more but are a little easier to travel.

Trip insurance is highly recommended, especially during the winter months when snow or ice at higher elevations could derail even the best-laid plans.

Quick summer getaway
We were looking for something reasonably priced with privacy and mountain views. We loved this condo. The roads to the condo were the obly part we did not enjoy. It was a rough ride each time. Other than that everything was a very enjoyable experience.

Secluded, Relaxing!
So the place is about 45-50 minutes to Pigeon Forge. It was a secluded stay and the view was amazing. The bees took over the wrap around deck, so we didn’t get to sit out there as much as we would have liked. The power went out on our last night. Wish I would have brought my portable generator. Overall, we loved our stay. It was quiet and relaxing. We chose to cook for most of our trip, so all essentials were in the kitchen. Service was limited, so we had to find the hotspots around the place.

Miserable trip
We expected and paid for 2 bedrooms and one bath. We got an open downstairs with a loft( too short for the 17 yr old)3 people had to stay downstairs . Miserable trip and we left on our last night there, so we should be credited for one day
