King size bed in master bedroom, 2 queen sized beds in 2nd bedroom and full size sleeper sofa in living room for total sleeping capacity of 8. 2nd bedroom has it's own custom entertainment center, including refrigerator and microwave.
Located in the beautiful Harbourside at Marker 33 complex at Splash Harbour in the center of Indian Rocks Beach, you are just a few steps away from the beach, as well as a vast array of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and entertainment venues ... Jimmy Guanas, Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's, Kooky Coconut, the Lighthouse, etc. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Other things to note:
Each reservation comes with one free parking spot. A parking pass is required and will be inside unit upon arrival. Spots available on first-come, first-serve basis. Free on-street parking for additional cars, or paid daily parking available at a rate of $20/day on exterior lot across from waterpark entrance.
There are 3 elevators in the building. However, only one elevator goes all the way to the 8th/top floor where the unit is located. To get to the elevator you must go through the garage to the very back, closest to the marina. There is no street/front door lobby entrance to the building.
