This is a charming 1918 home that is mixed with traditional and modern taste of décor. With ample space for entertaining and relaxing, this property is the perfect space for the Masters tournament festivities. Two beds and baths located on the second floor, half bath on the main floor, basement bedroom with newly installed bathroom, and a cottage out back bring this home to a total of 4 beds/4.5 baths. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The cottage stands separately from the house and is perfect for the guest who needs more privacy and quiet. The cottage also includes its own mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. An easy 8 minutes away from the Augusta National and in the heart of historic Augusta, this home provides quick access to the Augusta Country Club and surrounding restaurants.
