It’s a perfect location in a quiet subdivision with a pool, pool house, new kitchen appliances and pots and pans and dishes. The master bedroom was huge with en suite bath and the other two bedrooms on the main floor were fine. There is a bonus room above the garage with two additional double beds. Any concern or issues were taken care of immediately by the host. I would strongly recommend staying here. I know I will on the next visit to Wilmington.

The decor is beautiful, and the design of the master bedroom & bath is one of my favorites ever! This home has a great open kitchen and living area that leads out to a nice deck and very fun pool with ample seating. It is located in a quiet family neighborhood which we liked. Great Wilmington Trip!

The house has been updated throughout and in a great neighborhood. It was very clean, with plenty of room for my family of 6. The outdoor space in the back yard is amazing including the deck, fire pit and pool. We will be returning next summer to enjoy the warm weather and pool.
