Penthouse Condo w/Gulf, Pool and Bay Views!!

Located in the heart of Destin, FL~delight in the amenities of this Resort & the magnificent views of the Emerald Coast from this stunning top-floor luxury condo! After hitting up the beach across the street, come relax in this beautifully updated 12th floor penthouse or have some fun swimming & lounging by the amazing resort pool & hot tub! If you can't miss your workout, we have a fully equipped fitness center, tennis & basketball courts.
Also check out the adorable coffee bar downstairs.
The space
This unit has never been a rental until this year; it's super clean with contemporary design... Stunningly renovated condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and the guest suite has a queen size bed and both rooms have their own en suite bathrooms. ROOM SERVICE is now available from the restaurant downstairs from 11:00am- 8:00pm!!
Guest access
Enter in the resort and park in the covered parking garage or use valet in peak season. Condo is in the West Tower by the Resort entrance roundabout. Guests go up elevator to 12th floor and door is on a numbered key pad.
Other things to note
Valet is available in peak season and the fee is tipping the driver… [highly recommend tipping the driver]
