Located in an evolving district in central Riga, 2.2km from the Old town (30min walk). Nearby You can find many hidden gems of Riga, like fancy restaurants and artistic bars with decent (not tourist oriented) pricing, you will be provided with a map, to get the best of your stay. Bus stop to the center at the entrance. Free parking

Beautiful Property

The apartment is better than the description. The building is beautiful and the owner lives and works there so you can always ask for help. A washing machine is a help. There is a tram stop (#5) in front of the home and from there I can go anywhere on connecting buses and trams. It is very quiet outside and easy to sleep. I stay in a lot of rental properties and this was an excellent choice and a great value for what I received.

First visit to Riga

The apartment was very nice. The host (Karlis) communicated well and accurately. We would definitely stay with him again. His tips (especially Bolt cars, which are like Ubers) made it very easy and inexpensive to get around. The one negative is the immediate neighborhood is not enjoyable to walk around, but a couple Euros Bolt ride gets you to the most interesting parts of the city.
