Escape to luxury in this stunning home, complete with a sparkling pool and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a 24/7 security camera installed at the exterior of the home.

Guests will have access to the entire unit. Rooms are not shared with other guests.

Public spaces in front of the house are available for parking; the internal path in front of the garage can accommodate 3 vehicles or one large caravan or RV.

Guests can enjoy a swimming pool surrounded by trees and a natural environment. The pool's maintenance is performed weekly, not daily, so guests may find leaves in the water. The pool has an automatic leaf vacuum to help deal with these natural conditions. We also make nets available to the guests to collect the leaves. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the natural environment.
Please be reminded that there is no lifeguard on duty and guests are welcome to swim at their own risk. Adults and children who cannot swim should not be left alone near the pool area.

EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN
Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.

Great Location close to Campus

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy house. Great spots to hang out inside and out. Management was very responsive to questions prior to our stay.

Great location, safe, quiet .

Location was great, quiet and lots of room. Lots of parking. House clean and had all that was needed. The yard had not been cut and everyone had to track through high grass and weeds and there was not really a place to walk other than that, pool had not been cleaned in a long time and full of leaves.

When guests arrive they can expect to find three bedrooms - one containing a twin bed and a workplace with a desk chair - perfect for those looking for a separate workspace with a door for privacy. Our kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking. The living room has plenty of seating and a Smart TV where guests can kick back and watch their favorites. This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is located just five minutes from the home. Guests can enjoy close proximity to Midtown and Downtown areas for entertainment and dining. There are plenty of grocery stores within minutes of the home.

Getting around Gainesville is easiest with a car. There are local bus options as well as ride-share options with Uber and Lyft. Guests should expect the downtown area to be busy on weekends and Gator Game Days. Parking downtown will be limited and those driving should use caution as it is also busy with people.
