Summary:
Waterfront Possum Kingdom Home. Come stay with us and enjoy some of the most beautiful clear water in all of Texas. There are boat rentals, jet ski rentals, a handful of local restaurants to choose from. Only 1-2 hours from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We look forward to hosting you and your family soon.

The Space:
We have a beautiful space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Washer & Dryer on premises. Everything has been updated and with an open floor design, there is plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities you could ever want or need. Outdoor dining table along with indoor and outdoor fireplaces - we try to keep wood stocked for our guests. Outdoor gas grill available (valve in outdoor cabinet). You will have everything you need to have the best time. There are 2 boat ramps for loading and unloading your boat in Gaines Bend. If you decide to bring your boat, you will be able to tie up to the boat dock at the house. Use of the boat in photos not permitted.

Getting Around:
You will have access to the marina and all lake activities. Gaines Bend is a safe, gated community.

Family members for Thanksgiving

Clean, well stocked, kitchen has everything you need for preparing food, baths full stocked, linen full stocked. We enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren at your home, everyone had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone to chill, and spend time together.

This property was well represented by description and pictures. Since most of our group were in 60s and 80s, the layout was great. The patio area and view of the lake were amazing. Firewood was supplied, which was an added treat. Highly recommended.

We will be back!

Your home was a great getaway for our family. Spacious enough to let us all do our own thing but intimate enough to share family time. We spent most of our time in the perfect back yard. Accessible to everything and very inviting. The outdoor heat was brutal but the house was so cool and cozy. The best of all worlds.

Luxuriously comfortable lakefront vacation home!

Our family LOVED staying in this beautifully decorated and plentifully furnished home! The wonderful patio right on the lake was where we hung out the most.The fish were biting and the view each night was remarkable. We enjoyed having access to the dock for our boat. I washed all the towels and sheets before I left but they didn’t leave any laundry soap so I just used mine

Perfect for Family Getaways

Our stay at this Lake House on Possum Kingdom was a wonderful experience for our family of three and in-laws with newborn. With a two-year-old in tow and our boat in tow, we found this lake house rental to be the ideal combination of tranquility, family-friendliness, and easy lake access. The cozy and well-maintained lake house provided a comfortable stay, complete with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and breathtaking lake views from the deck. Having our own boat dock at the rental made boating a breeze, allowing us to explore the calm waters and enjoy memorable family boat rides. The lakefront lawn, nearby hiking trails, and barbecue grill added to the outdoor activities available. The location struck a perfect balance between seclusion and convenience, offering a serene retreat while still being within reach of local stores and restaurants.
