The property was well kept amd clean. The AC was on when we walked in which, on a 90 day was very welcome. It was spacious and perfect for 3 adults. All the appliances worked as expected and we didn't have any issues. The other 2 people also rated the house a 5/5.The host was kind and easy to communicate with and you can tell how much work she put into making this VRBO feel like a home.

Check in process was seamless; nice little spot for a couple to spend their time in Pilot Rock. So much so, I would have stayed longer if the place was available for the time I needed. It had everting I I could ask for, New washer dryer, nice kitchen with all the appliances and cookware, nice sized fridge WiFi worked well and smart tv to sign into my streaming services. Community is quiet and the neighbors were nice. Parking right out front of the house. Communication was A. AC unit in the master bedroom wasn’t working and host was very responsive to my needs. Sent out a new unit the very next day that worked wonderfully. Being in town for a new job and this being my first place to stay was a great start to my trip. I would come back for sure.

Everything we needed

We came up for a poker tournament weekend and the place was perfect for 2 people. The town was nice and not too far from our destination. The house itself was very clean, and the owner was easy to work with. If I come this way again, I will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks, Bailey.

Close to Pendleton

Cute updated cottage style home, very clean plenty of room for my spouse and I, and would have comfortably taken on 2 more. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Pendleton, wish we would have had more time to stay and relax.

Nice quiet house

Wonderful house. We’d definitely stay again. We didn’t find written instructions for the house (couldn’t get the heat pump to work, had to look up the HP remote online, so we wasted some time with that) but owner communication was very good when we had questions.

Clean cozy house in quiet neighborhood!

Very nice updated home with all the amenities. Owner was very responsive and the house was easy to find and check into. It was very clean and comfortable. We were just passing through on a long road trip and didn’t have time to stay and explore, but if I was going to visit Pendleton or surrounding areas, it’s worth the short pretty drive to stay here. Definitely recommended!

Great place to stay!

From the time you walk in you feel comfortable, this house is decorated in boho style. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook dinner. The bed in the primary room is really comfortable, not too soft or too hard. If you are coming into town for The Pendleton Roundup, this house is only 20 minutes away. Best of all the host is is extremely responsive. They were out of town and Bailey still answered every question i had. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved This Cozy Home

The owner Bailey, was excellent with communication. Any questions we had he immediately got back to us. The home had everything you needed for the stay. Definitely plan to book this place again. My husband 80 yrs old, our 21 year old Grandson and his 22 year old friend stayed there. This trip was so my husband could take our Grandson elk hunting for the first time. Didn’t get anything, but sure did enjoy the accommodations they were staying in. Bailey, thank you!!!!! The Schroeder’s
