Great Stay

Stayed at the property a few days while at the sand dunes. The property was perfectly located, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Communication was easy, I would recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to our return visit.

Dirty House

I booked this trip for my coworkers to stay in while working in El Centro. Host was nice, but the house was not what it was described as. We were not allowed to use the backyard for the BBQ because it was under construction then we were told it was too windy. The host also lived in the house, and we were not aware of that. I even asked prior to going there. we had the property booked for the following week as well and I canceled due to the cleanliness of the house and the bad neighborhood as well as the host living there, and they will not return my messages or return my money for the following weeks stay. they can keep the money from when we did stay I want my money back for the week we didn't stay. I wouldn't recommend this house for anyone.

Beyond disgusting! If I could leave 0 stars I would

We booked for a Thursday to Monday stay. Prior to checking in I had stated we would be checking in late. It wasn’t until I was driving (8 hour drive) that I was told check in time must be done before 10pm. This was also the time that I was told that I needed to provide my own toilet paper and towels. We arrived very late and of course there was no toilet paper. The home was very run down cabinets and blinds broken, spider webs/spiders in every room, no sheets or blankets on the disgusting stained matress the other bedroom had no comforter, no carpeting or flooring in on of the bedroom closets. Friday, we had an ant infestation in the kitchen. My 6 month old son was bitten several times after his car seat was infested. We had to use the dryer (she charges $8 per load) to kill them with the heat. I informed the “super host” of all these things that night. She blamed her maid and pest control and promised to remedy the situation. She stated we could leave the property at 8-9pm and we would only be charged the nights we had stayed. Or we could stay and she would send her maid and pest control and we would receive half of our entire stays refund. This partial refund came with a catch that I leave a good review or no review at all. We chose to stay because of her promises. We were attacked all weekend and left early because of this.I can’t leave a FULL review but she ghosted us then lied saying she was dying in the hospital. BS!!! No partial refund No maid No exterminator
