Beautiful Ranch with a wrap-around deck, is centrally located next to Town Neck Beach, the Cape Cod Canal, Sandwich Boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Standing on the deck at the back of the house, you have a wonderful view of the Sandwich Boardwalk that travels through the Marsh to the beach.

A fireplace in the living room offers a warm and cozy atmosphere on chilly nights.

On the top floor of this Ranch you will find the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and living room. Downstairs is the finished basement with a full sized bed.

Great Vacation!
We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful. Fully equipped with everything we could need. It was a block from the beach and at night you could hear the ocean and the buoy bells in the distance. The location is great, with a near by grocery store, and central location on the cape, so quick access to wherever you may want to visit. Communication with sand dollar realty was excellent. The only issue we had was a broken smoke detector which I’m only even mentioning to let you know that as soon as I reached out they sent someone over to replace it. We will 100% be back for another vacation here. Also, just want to mention and this is not an issue for most, I have an extremely curious 3.5 year old, the doors automatically unlock when turning the knob from the inside, so if you have a young child bring some of those child safety door knob covers with you... I couldn’t find any at the local stores. . That’s the only reason I’m even mentioning it here.

Close to everything you would need
First night there was a partial power outage. Called the number they provided and within 15 minutes someone was there to fix it. The beach isn’t even a 5 minute walk from the house. Plenty of shopping restaurants and anything else you would need all within minutes. Would stay there again

Great location and very clean
The location is close to the beach, which is convenient for families. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. We were very comfortable there for the week. The dog loved it too!
