Beautiful, comfortable 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome located steps from Louisiana Tech campus, a short walk to downtown Ruston shops and restaurants, and an easy 8-minute drive to the Ruston Sports Complex. This townhome has an open floor plan downstairs including a living room, kitchen, and half bath. The kitchen is complete with an oven, stove, microwave, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, and full refrigerator with icemaker. The stackable washer/dryer are also located downstairs. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each room has a private bathroom). For your convenience, there are 2 designated parking spots directly outside of the townhome which will be important for game day weekends! Wifi included. Well stocked spice cabinet as well as condiments in refrigerator. Starter set of paper towels/toilet paper. No toiletries offered.

Perfect place to stay!

My daughter and I came to Ruston for a volleyball tournament. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! This home was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect! Communication with the owner was so easy. She was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property!

Tech Family Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend visiting our College Kids. The townhouse was clean and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Dog House after the game from the townhouse. We will definitely look to book again.
