-PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RULES WITH PLUMBING. RV Stays are different then Normal Houses. -No Smoking INSIDE of the RV. $250 Fine

I enjoy the camping experience! If you have never been camping, this is a perfect way to get the experience! Lots of nice trees and outdoor area in the back yard! Spacious RV! This is also a great spot for a small group needing an affordable place to stay and walking distance to Grambling State University! This RV is located behind our main 3 Bedroom home, which is also an listed as a rental. You could rent the RV and get a 4th Bedroom.

This neighborhood is an old town area and walking distance to the University. Very quiet and peaceful!
