It has a large landscaped fenced yard, pool & lanai, canal views, and large lighted boat dock for your use. The spacious master suite is located on the opposite side of the house, with an amazing closet and water views. You will enjoy water views and wood floors throughout the home. A stylish chef’s kitchen with bar seating is the center of the home. The dining room will be home to all the great meals, laughs, and memories you will make.

Close to the world-famous No. 1-rated Siesta Key Beach, Siesta Key Village, Morton’s Market, Beach Road, easy access on and off the key because of proximity to the North bridge, multiple beach accesses, short boat ride to Sarasota bay, fabulous dining on and off the key, and it is just a short drive to downtown Sarasota for more dining, theatre, the arts, St. Armands Circle, and so much more. Just bring your flip flops & sunscreen and get ready for a vacation of a lifetime!

Perfect Stay!

What a great find! Heidi was a fantastic host and the house was perfect for our needs. The furniture is new and well appointed. Within a short distance to the beach; the Village or off the key to have dinner downtown, this was a superb location and accommodations. The pool was heated perfectly and the outdoor area is set up nicely for dinners outside or just lounging. We rented a boat for a couple of days and we were able to dock at the house as it's on a canal right off the Intercoastal Waterway. Lots of space and well stocked. Thanks for a great month, Heidi and we'll be back.
