Room was mostly updated, nice beds, nice lighting. Room was ready for us earlier to accommodate our baby needing a nap which was amazing of them. Clean and cool. coffee pot leaked but they serve it for you in the office so I still got my morning boost! Second time here and will be back

Easy walk to downtown, very quiet place. Simple inexpensive and clean, just what I was looking for. They even helped me with my booking mistake

Clean but overwhelming chemical odor

The room was clean, but the air was very strong with a chemical smell. We had to keep our door open to keep it out and keep the fan running in the air conditioner. It was so strong. Those types of chemicals should not be used in rooms that are rented to individuals. There are plenty of green type chemicals that can be used for cleaning. It made our eyes water and the odor was difficult.

This is such a cute spot! We got this for a fantastic price as well, and having it be just a 15-minute walk from the beach was perfect. Also the host let us park there before check-in time which was so amazing! The room was clean, well decorated, and smelled very nice! The only gripe is that all the lights are hospital white/blue which is unfortunate because that really dampened the cozy vibe the decor had going. But if they replaced the lights with warmer tones I think it would be perfect!

Prix affiché et prix chargé différents

L'endroit n'est pas luxueux mais très correct. Le point négatif réside dans les frais de l'hôte. Ces frais devaient se situer à 22,18 $ US alors qu'ils nous ont facturé 148,07 US. Après 2 courriels à l'hôte et 2 appels à VRBO, il nous a été impossible de recouvrer la différence des frais payés. Nous avons dû avoir recours à notre banque pour nous faire rembourser cette différence. Très déçus des hôtes et de VRBO qui aurait dû normalement assumer ces démarches pour nous.
