Riverside D02 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in the Gondola Corridor, steps to downtown historic Telluride's Main Street and the ski lifts! The Bear Creek Trailhead is right at the complex. The San Miguel River flows past the outdoor deck with the River Trail taking you to the Gondola, or to the eastern waterfalls at the end of the Valley. The condo's open kitchen is fully stocked with everything the cook desires. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and beautiful furnishings. A vast expansive Telluride view can be seen from the patio doors in the living room and the deck right outside. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper. The Master has an en suite bathroom and the Master bedroom features a brand new (6/18) king size bed. The second bedroom has a set of twin bunks and a twin trundle bed. The outdoor hot tub for the building is next door along the San Miguel River. All the comforts of home are here in this awesome residence!

Great location

Loved being able to find the hidden trail that drops down to the condo at the end of the day. Sweet spot that was nice to walk to town and pole to the lift in the morning. Enjoyed the stay. Beds are getting worn and replacement should be considered.

A little dated two-bedroom condo, but has everything one needs to have a great stay in Telluride. The Village Market is two blocks away plus trails, great restaurants, etc. The condo comes with fully stocked kitchen and spice rack plus in-suite laundry. Perfect for parents with up to four kids.

What a nice stay we had. The beds were good, looks like a new washer and dryer, the fireplace had no problems. We ate out for almost every meal because this place is so close and convenient to food, shopping, and the gondola. I loved that we could ride the gondola for free. The only thing I would say about the place is that the couch was a little uncomfortable in some spots. Don't let that stop you from renting here. The rental property kept in touch with me and responded to my texts right away. I would absolute stay here again!

Clean and convenient

This was a great location to stay with our young kids. Close to the gondola, the river walk, and Bear Creek Trail, it really doesn’t get more convenient. It’s also very easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The property is very dated, and that’s a bit of a bummer. Considering the nature of Telluride in the early summer though, we weren’t inside much anyway. Though dated, it was clean!

Location was amazing, walking distance to main Street, gondola, bear creek trail, Park/pool. Property was very outdated, multiple windows not functional, main bedroom king size mattress desperately needs replaced. Well equipped with cookware, fans, towels, etc. hot tub was very nice. They tried to leave basic cooking stuff like spices, oil, syrup, etc. but most of it expired years ago. Could easily be a 5* property with some updates.

Awesome experience!

This condo was perfect for us. Lots of room, beautifully furnished, easy access to slopes and town, comfortable bedding, good towels, lots of hot water, washer and dryer .... I could go on for a really long time. Oh, and a gorgeous view. We loved watching dogs frolic in the snow on the walking path that runs beside the river. The unit is below parking lot level so there is a flight of stairs involved going in and out but not a problem for us. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great Condo for our Family!

This condo was great, our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Our 3 kids slept in one bedroom and my wife and I shared the master bedroom. You could fit even more as the living room has a sleeper sofa. This condo was quiet and away from the hustle, but only 3-4 minutes walk to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the Gondola if you take the river trail. Nothing fancy here, but everything was well thought out and everything worked as it should ... and when you are in Telluride you want to be outside and out and about. Telluride is such a magical place we look forward to coming back.

Dirty cups in the cabinet, trash under tv cabinet, fire place wouldn’t stay on. If you turned fireplace off at night you could not get it to come back on.

Great location

We have stayed at Riverside condos before and loved the location. This particular condo, D02, was 26 steps down & back up. Unloading & loading a car was quite the chore. The management was quick to respond when I asked for a new set of sheets. Condo needs a new sofa and larger tv in living area. Kitchen was stocked with spices, detergent & plastic wrap. Can’t see the river from this condo. I will stay at Riverside but just not this particular condo.
