The Space:

Unwind and relax in the inviting ambiance of the living room, equipped with a pullout sofa to accommodate additional guests. We kindly request all guests to be mindful of noise levels for a serene atmosphere.

BEDROOM
Sink into the comfort of a plush queen mattress adorned with fluffy pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Start your mornings with leisurely lounging in bed before gearing up for the day ahead.

KITCHENETTE
Treat yourself to a well-appointed kitchenette, accompanied by our delightful coffee and tea bar. Equipped with a sink, microwave, air fryer oven, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils, our kitchenette ensures all your culinary needs are met with ease and convenience.

LAUNDRY
Our home comprises two distinct units—the upper and lower levels—connected by a shared laundry room, as illustrated. You're welcome to utilize the laundry facilities between the hours of 10AM and 4PM.

Guest Access:
You're welcome to enjoy the entire downstairs unit for your stay! We have done our best to think of everything you may need for a most memorable, and truly comfortable stay!

* Downtown Old Colorado City is a short 10 min walk west through the historic neighborhoods

* Visit some local eateries in Downtown Colorado Springs (different from Downtown Old Colorado City), just a short 5 minute drive east

Getting Around:
Right in the heart of Old Colorado City, you are mere blocks and walking distance from delicious food, incredible drinks, and some sweet boutique shopping!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

* This is the basement unit. We rent out the upstairs separately, but no worries as both units have their own private entrances!
* Since this is a basement unit, the ceilings are lower than usual. In some areas the overhead clearance is only 6’ 4”
