New but very dusty. Excellent location.

The condo is newer in a good location but that's all the positive things you get. It was very hard to impossible to get in touch with the host. Did not answer phone or return voicemail. The code for the lock didn't work when arrived ( one hour after the check in time). Luckily when I called the host pick up the phone. So they did something and I was able to enter. It was very dusty everywhere to the point that there was visible dust built up on the HVAC return grille. Under the beds had a lot of dust built as well. Floor overall looked okay until we started walking with socks which turned out gray. The light in one of the bedrooms didn't work. Contacted the maintenance and they told me they will try to send someone the next day. Well, it didn't get changed during our stay at all. The fitted sheet was stained in one of the bedrooms. The soap was on the bottom of the bottle. The dish sponge was used. Fully stocked kitchen? I guess everyone has different understanding what fully stocked is. Had old clothes in the dresser. Shopping bags in the closet. One of the bath towels was ripped. I am probably forgetting something but hope the above will help the host and the next guests.
