About this property

Welcome to Studio Sea. A freshly remodeled studio located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Seagrove is a mile from Seaside. You can walk/bike to all the cute restaurants, shops and activities along 30A. The studio sleeps up to 4. One queen Murphy bed. There is also a full size pull out sofa with new 4” memory foam mattress. There is a full kitchen with all the necessities you’ll need for cooking/grilling. The patio opens to the beautiful courtyard area where the pool is located. There is a covered patio for picnics and a laundry room. LAUNDRY TAKES QUARTERS ONLY.

Great Vacation

Nice place, very close to the beach and a short bike ride to Seaside. Owners were nice and easy to work with

Beautiful little Villa in a perfect location

3 of us stayed in the villa for the weekend as we were taking part in the Seaside Half Marathon. It was in the perfect location - restaurants and stores close by, and we walked into Seaside in less than 30 minutes. The Villa was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved every minute of our stay!

Awesome location!

My husband and I came for a trip at the end of September and it was wonderful. The location is right across from beach access, has a sweet health foods/juice shop next door and all the great restaurant and shops right down the road. The condo was cozy and comfortable with a good amount of space. Loved the Murphy bed and updated bathroom! Would definitely stay again!

Cute and Clean Stay by the Beach

We loved how close the place is to the beach and the surrounding area - only about an 8min bike ride to downtown seaside and a 20min bike ride to Alys and Rosemary beach. It was very clean and well decorated. The hosts were very kind, communicative and easy to reach.

I WILL BE BACK!!

This condo was hands down AMAZING! I encountered a booking issue through the Vrbo app and the owners were so quick and responsive to help me adjust our vacation plans. SO kind and easy to work with ... also the condo itself.. literally perfect!! SO CLOSE to the beach, its in a nice area and a central location to everything!! My husband and I enjoyed every minute and didn't want to leave .... we WILL be coming back here!! :)

We were married in Seaside 20 years and have been coming to 30A ever since. We absolutely love this area. There are cute communities along 30A as well as great dining, entertainment and quaint beaches, trails and nature reserves. We purchased a one bedroom in Seacrest a year ago and have so enjoyed hosting vacationers to our favorite place(30A). If this unit is book on the days you’re looking for please feel free to reach out to see if our Seacrest property is available.
