Incredible stay at Seacrest Beach at this condo! Loved EVERYTHING about it! The host(s) were gracious and were able to change our travel plans to add up to 5 days extra both on the front end and the back end of our stay! The condo is beautiful and a wonderful location from 30A beaches! We will be doing it again!

cute little condo with everything you need!

we loved our stay this condo! it had everything we could need: a pool, hot tub, beach towels, beach access, chairs, bikes, fridge, microwave, etc. the wine and snacks were also a lovely touch. the location was perfect, any easy walk or bike to Alys and Rosemary beaches, with lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. our chief complaints were the front door was not well sealed so we heard the wind whistling through it every night, and the bathroom barn door is very open and frustrating to slide, so privacy was more difficult.

Outstanding Experience All Around

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We’re Florida natives and have visited 30A many times before, but this was one of our best trips, and the condo was a big part of that. Excellent location, we walked everywhere except for a 5-min drive to Ambrosia for dinner. Literally as close to Alys Beach as you can be without paying the price and an easy 7 min walk to the beach access. Accommodations were top-notch and Tina and Ray are phenomenal hosts. The communication from booking to check-in to during and after stay was prompt, professional, and intuitive. Everything was laid out perfectly for a smooth and relaxing trip to the beach. We highly recommend this property and Tina/Ray as hosts!!

Mom/daughter get away

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was just as described and Ray went above and beyond to have gluten free snacks for my daughter to enjoy when we arrived. The location was on the west end of the Rosemary Beach area, closer to Alys beach so nice and quiet at night and not so busy! We rode the bikes several times each day-the baskets and locks were great to stop at places along our ride! The location is also a great walking distance to restaurants, shops and evening entertainment. We enjoyed listening to music and having ice cream at the little area about a block down toward Rosemary beach. The pool was clean and refreshing! The beach access was more of a walk (maybe 2 blocks) and the beach was quite busy. I did not look into renting a beach umbrella/chair set from the beach location but the chairs and umbrella in the unit worked well! Overall it was a wonderful visit and 30A is a fun place to visit! Thanks for all you did to make our stay so pleasant!
