Come relax at this newly renovated condo in Luquillo. Located on the second floor of a walk up complex. Purchased as a family getaway, due to many requests from friends and family, I decided to list it on Airbnb so others can experience the beautiful and peaceful town of Luquillo. Located 35 minutes from San Juan airport, steps from Playa Azul, few minutes from the Luquillo kiosks and not far from El Yunque or Bio Bay it’s a perfect location to explore the east side of the island.

It was a short walk to Luquillo Beach and Kioskos so that was nice. The beach umbrella, chairs, and buggie were nice to have. It was also close to lots of hiking and the Cieba ferry. Cute condo. Clean and well maintained. Host was pleasant and quick to accommodate let us extend a day.

My husband and I stayed there for 18 nights and inside of the Condo was lovely. We did have problems with roaches under the kitchen cabins. Also, there were a few nets flying around in the kitchen. I did contact the owner Ray and with quick responds he had his cleaning lady to drop off products that did not work! He needs an exterminator on regular teams. The Condo on its own was renovated nicely! However, the building itself looks Poorly kept up! My visiting family from Puerto Rico thought it was abounded building with no one living there! There are two flights of stairs that total 20 steps, this is important for when you are food shopping and going to the beach with all your equipment. The Host was Kind and quick to respond! If he fixes the issues I would stay again!

We stayed at Ray's place and it was in a very good location in Luquillo (closer to restaurants and beach and also close to freeway access to places like grocery stores and pharmacies). The first night we had an incident where we laid on the bed and the right corner of the bed gave in (a faulty or weakened support board, that's all). We contacted Ray and they took care of it the next day while we were at the beach. The place had all the kitchen amenities you might need (even comes with a cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella). They had hot water in the shower and the place was very modern and the bed very comfortable. We had some bad luck on our trip related to my kid getting sick and me getting a bad fire coral rash etc but I'm thankful our stay was wonderful and Ray really addressed any concerns we had as far as our stay. They also asked about my daughter and gave me advice about what to do for the fire coral. Thank you again.
