About this property

Walk to the beach from this newly remodeled ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo with a sofa bed (sleeps 6) and private courtyard with 2 covered patios. This is a resort style complex with a heated indoor pool and hot tub in a dramatic atrium, outdoor pool with new furniture, and tennis and pickleball courts.
The condo is completely updated with new modern kitchen with granite and second kitchenette, new bathrooms (each with combo tub shower), new flooring, new furniture, and 3 cable TVs (55 inch flat screen cable TV in the living room, 40-inch smart TV in bedroom, 40 inch smart TV in second bedroom). Flexible sleeping arrangement can be accommodated with king beds in the bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the main living area and a twin daybed in a separate room. You will be close to Hilton Head's best beaches, Alder Road beach crossover and Coligny Beach Park in the opposite direction. Free parking.

Highly recommend

This was a fantastic place to stay for families. Loved the indoor pool since the weather wasn’t ideal. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the location too. Was able to walk to the beach and to restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Would stay again!

Great Location!

Beautiful condo located close to everything in the Caligny area. Walking distance to the beach, park, shops and all activities. Would definitely stay there again.
