Luxurious and peaceful

Remodeled home in a very quiet neighborhood centrally-located.

Great for a girls trip/ friends trip / couples weekend getaway, There are 3 separate bedrooms so everyone can spread out. This house is perfect if you are in town for work and need a central location in Topeka. Relax in the living area or sit outside on the front or back porch. You can set up a computer and work from the kitchen table, or the barstools at the counter or perhaps on the coffee table in the living room. Lots of windows allow you to see outside and enjoy looking at the yard or the squirrels darting around. Perhaps you will see a raccoon or a fox!

Each bedroom has been updated with a custom closet and dresser where you can unpack and have easy access to your items. All bedrooms feature a king sized bed with soft linens and plenty of pillows along with a smart TV mounted on the wall.

Enjoy a well stocked kitchen and pantry. Sit on the front covered porch or enjoy the fenced in back yard deck with a gas BBQ grill anytime of day!

The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and the house laid out perfectly for our family. It is close to Washburn University which has a sidewalk all he way around it and is a good place to walk.

This home was quaint, very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with family. It was tastefully decorated and quiet. Our family loved the front porch and back deck. We drank coffee together and enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Our host was very responsive. I’d stay there again.

Blizzard Bash Derby

This property was perfect, close to our venue and all the amenities you could ask for. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vrbo, very clean and plenty of room for all 6 of us. Wonderful Overnight stay!

The house was amazing! I loved I could get my whole family under one roof! Every detail was noticed! The beds were the most comfy! The chocolate chip cookies were delicious! If we come back to Topeka we are staying here! Definitely recommend!

Volleyball tournament

This property was great! Roomy and clean and had all the extras in case you forgot something. We needed to be in Lawrence, KS for a volleyball tournament but all the hotels were booked. This was a much better option for us. It was a short drive to Lawrence and this was much better than a hotel.

The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet.

You have a fabulous home. Would love to stay here again in the future. I slept better last night with your great bed. All the little things you had stocked was unbelievable. Great backyard.
