Guest can relish in full access to the home and yard.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and close to LA attractions.



Getting Around:

Guests may park on-site. LA is a car city, but ride share services (Uber, Lyft) are readily available for easy access around the city.



Other Things to Note:

Short term bookings:

Spa heating is $76 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if the pool heating is purchased) is $179 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



Monthly rentals do require paying utilities. $29 to $59/day depending on Pool heating etc.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
